Hi 서동현, I have few comments for you.

    1) Good use of visual aid(ppt slids). They are well-organized. I think it could've been better if the font was larger.
    2) I liked the way you described historical monuments. You explained in detail and information was very interesting. Also, quotes was impressive as well.
    3) Overall structure of your speech was good. Voice, speed was fine too.
    4) I love how you ended it. You didn't say much about the quote, but it was effective!!!

Little more practice will make it perfect. I enjoyed your presentation. Good work!

    Title : Istanbul

    1. What strong points does the speaker have?
He has a good structure and very very effective ending!

    2. How well did the audience get to know the speech subject?
I was able to learn about Istanbul, more specifically geographical condition, religion, 3 great momuments, and about the accomodation.

    3. Did the speech reflect adequate preparation?
He prepared it well. But I found some weak points which are the font size, and time management.

    4. Did the speaker talk clearly and audibly?
He used the microphone and it was crystal clear.

    5. Did the speech have a definite opening, body, and conclusion?
He started off with a simple question, and he explained about Istanbul in detail especially historical monuments and accomodation, and ended with a great quote.

    6. Please comment on the speaker’s use of notes/eye contact.
He prepared a notes but he seems to read it too often. And also, he looks at the ppt slides to much.

    7. What could the speaker have done differently that would have improved the speech?
More practice will make it better. If he memorized the notes, he could've had a good time management. Bigger font will make it more readible.

    8. What did you like about the presentation?
He well described the characteristic of monuments and I could understand it better because he has a picture for each monuments. I really like how he ended with the quote. Though it was very short, but it seems effective for me.
