Hello. This is one of your classmates, Matthew Sung. The following are my comments with regard to your presentation.
(a) I was simply excited to get to know about a man, Kay Kim whom I didn't quite know before. I personally think it was wise of you to pick a nice & interesting guy to present. (b) During your speech, I was continuously shocked to see the abrupt changes he made in the course of his life, starting from Samsung, volunteer work in Ethiopia to Yello Degital Marketing. (c) I also like the fact that you tried to apply the life of your role model to your own life. I was also a very ordinary student who just wished to live a stable life. Having heard your speech, however, I came to think about the courage and challenge Kay had and still have in his life. Perhaps I should stop making so many excuses about myself.
Hey this is Jin from your class, and your teammate as well:) the following are my comments:
1. I was pretty impressed about Kay Kim's continuous challenges that he took for his life. He was surely courageous and admirable, choosing the path that almost no one wants to take. From Samsung to Ethiopia, and to yello digital marketing. And i liked the fact that you chose a person who has an interesting history. 2. Also, i really liked the way you present using your visual aids. the powerpoint was clear enough and well-constructed to support your speech. 3. And throughout the presentation i could see clearly why he is an admirable person, and lessons to learn from him.
It was surely a presentation which i could broaden my perspective. Thanks a lot for your speech. You did a good job:)
I really liked your overall presentation and the speed of your speech. It was really easy to understand and the visual aid helped to grasp the specific details of your speech. I was also very impressed by the man named Kay Kim, who devoted his life to help others and a man who had courage to fight for what he wants. However, I thought it would have been better if you made more eye contact with the audiences. You seemed to look at the other wall, the ppt, or the person who is turning the pages of the ppt. Also, I recommend marking on the speech so that the person who is turning the pages can be notified beforehand. It was indeed a very interesting speech to listen to!
Sohee Lee Hello. This is Sohee Lee, one of your classmates and your teammate as well. The following are my comments: a)I really liked the PowerPoint you used in your presentation. It was effective, well organized, and simple enough to focus on your presentation. b)I was impressed about Kay Kim’s life, the way he was challenging himself all the time. The transformation he took was truly amazing, from Samsung, volunteer work in Ethiopia, and to Yellow Digital Marketing. c)I also liked the pauses you made while you were presenting your speech. It made me expect what you are going to say next. Also, the speed of your speech was moderate enough to clearly understand your speech. d)After listening to your speech, I was glad to know another admirable person who showed challenging spirit, determination, and great courage through his life. Thank you for introducing Kay Kim to me through your speech. It was truly inspirational.

1. What strong points does the speaker have? Good use of ppt: though it doesn't have much words, big font size and bigger pictures are simple and concise. I also introduced someone who is not famous at all and it's interesting.
2. How well did the audience get to know the speech subject? I think audience understood why I chose him as my role model because obviously I showed that he had made many decisions and that's why I chose him.
3. Did the speech reflect adequate preparation? Yes, I think I prepared well. He searched about him alot and I also use some information from his lecture. BUT I should work on saying 'and..' less, and better eye-contact.
4. Did the speaker talk clearly and audibly? Microphone helped. Clear and audible.
5. Did the speech have a definite opening, body, and conclusion? I think so... I started with a general question, and showed that he had many changes in his life. I also explained why he is admirable, and what I learned from him. I ended with what I expect from the audience.
6. Please comment on the speaker’s use of notes/eye contact. I prepared good-looking, well organized notes, but I looked at it too often. I should work on my eye-contact.
7. What could the speaker have done differently that would have improved the speech? Manybe I should memorize the whole speach and practice more.
8. What did you like about the presentation? Interesting topic. Good opening and ending.
