Hi, 이정민, I have some comments for you.
    1) It was great that you introduced some local cuisines, and you were very specific about them.
    2) Your comparison was appropriate. It was very clear to understand 'Binjiangdao' because you mentioned 'Myungdong'
    3) Your recommendations on accommodation were rather practical, and I really liked it. Information you've given can be very helpful in my future visit to Tianjin.
    Great work!

I was able to learn where Tianjin is and the three activities you recommended were very specific, especially the food part. However, I thought it would have been nice if you made more eye-contact with the audiences. Also, it would have been a lot more persuasive if you used visual aid to show us pictures of famous dishes and places as well as proper nouns you used throughout your speech. However, the speech was very unique and was comfortable listening to.

    Title : Tianjin

    1. What strong points does the speaker have?
(Since I used the organization in our textbook) The organization of the speech would be the strong point.

    2. How well did the audience get to know the speech subject?
I would’ve been better with a visual aid. Although I explained the specific food that I mentioned (such as JiPi, chicken skin), a picture would’ve been better than an explanation.

    3. Did the speech reflect adequate preparation?
No. I should have prepared better for the presentation. I two huge problems. 1. Eye contact 2. Visual aids. Since the presentation was about introducing vacation place, a visual aid was almost necessary. The problem with eye contact could’ve been solved if I have memorized most of my presentation.

    4. Did the speaker talk clearly and audibly?
Maybe the tone was too low. Also, could have been more careful with pronunciation.

    5. Did the speech have a definite opening, body, and conclusion?
Yes. The speech though, had a definite opening, body and a conclusion. I started off with 2 different questions (opening). Then explained the lists of things that people could enjoy in Tianjin (Body). And lastly, ended the speech hoping that people learned more about it (conclusion).

    6. Please comment on the speaker’s use of notes/eye contact.
I looked down too much on the notes. I should have worked better with eye contact. Memorizing the things I have to say, would definitely be a solution for me.

    7. What could the speaker have done differently that would have improved the speech?
I should work harder for eye contacts. Also, improvements on tone and pronunciation would improve my speech. Lastly, this speech was about introducing vacation place, so preparations for power points would be very nice.

    8. What did you like about the presentation?
There is not much that I like about my presentation. I should have worked harder on it. However, the structure of speech was okay. I need to add on to it next time.

    1. What strong points does the speaker have?
His presentation has a good structure and he is also good at pointing out some specific information which is very practical in real life. Moreover, he doesn't seem nervous and it can be a great strength for him.

    2. How well did the audience get to know the speech subject?
Throughout his presentation, I get to know better about Tianjin, China, like what's so famous about this place, what kinds of accommodation options you have, which foods are good. His presentation is impressive in that his information can be applied in actual trip.

    3. Did the speech reflect adequate preparation?
Yes, it's well prepared one having its own structure and great chose of information.

    4. Did the speaker talk clearly and audibly?
It could've been better if he spoke more loudly, but it was mostly audible.

    5. Did the speech have a definite opening, body, and conclusion?
He started with two different questions. And then, he explained the location and why this place is famous. He talked about 3 different things that people can try. But, his ending is not that clear. He could use some quotes that are relevant.

    6. Please comment on the speaker’s use of notes/eye contact.
He frequently looked down. He should work on eye contact. He's better for him to memorize the notes so he can eye-contact with audiences more often.

    7. What could the speaker have done differently that would have improved the speech?
More clear ending, better contact, and use of visual aid will improve his presentation a lot because pictures can describe better than words.

    8. What did you like about the presentation?
He is very calm during the presentation. He doesn't seem so nervous and it makes the audience calm too. When the speaker is shaking, it not comfortable for audiences to watch.
