Title : College Students’ Job Seeking

    1. What strong points does the speaker have? .
She first has a very confidence voice. I don’t really see her being nervous on stage. Also, she first started off with her speech by expressing sympathy and I as a audience felt sympathy towards students having a very hard time getting a job. I think it is a strong point that I would also have learned through watching the speech.

    2. How well did the audience get to know the speech subject?
There were some results that were surprising. Also, I had an opportunity to know of what other students think that is related to jobs.

    3. Did the speech reflect adequate preparation?
Yes. She conducted a survey before the speech. She also had a speech to deliver.

    4. Did the speaker talk clearly and audibly?
Her voice was loud and clear.

    5. Did the speech have a definite opening, body, and conclusion?
She first started off with her speech by asking a question to the audience. Also, she had the survey results as body of her speech. Lastly, she had a conclusion to wrap up her speech.

    6. Please comment on the speaker’s use of notes/eye contact.
She made eye contacts with the audience. However, she kept on looking at her ppt slides while she was talking. It would have been better if she made more eye contacts with the audience.

    7. What could the speaker have done differently that would have improved the speech?
I thought the conclusion was too short. It would have been better to talk more about the implications of the survey results.

    8. What did you like about the presentation?
Her speech was very easy to understand and listen to. I thought it was informative and delivered adequate information.
